• Refunds are available only if your phone number is not successfully registered in the Federal Do Not Call (DNC) Sheild within the timeframe required by law.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Once your phone number has been submitted for registration, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
  
  
• Processing or administrative fees are non-refundable.
  
  

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email support@donotcallshield.com with your name, phone number, and payment details.
  
  
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  
  

4. Payment Disputes

• Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing disputes or chargebacks.
  
  

We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks with proof of service delivery.
